As a Senior in High School at Vail Mountain School, I completed this trauma resource guide as my senior project. After having lost many loved ones myself and watching others go through grief, I realized how hard the process was. I found a gap in the process with not only society keeping the subject under wraps but also all these amazing resources people aren’t utilizing locally. So I decided to gather a list of all the local resources and write up guides about the post-death process.

My hope is that this makes people feel supported and not alone during a hard time.
